- Most important documents for CPWD Registration is Completed Work documents of last 6 years. Contractor have to submit highest value work order as per the weightage given in CPWD Chart. They Required following documents
Work order of Eligible works. ( That may be 1, 2 or maximum 3 )
Final Bill of those Eligible works.
Completion certificate as per the Annexure III ( ER – 2021)
Department may ask for 26AS ( TDS Certificate ) of eligible work.
- Turnover Certificate as per the weightage given in CPWD guidelines. This need to be on CA Letter Head and with proper UDIN.
- Bank Certificate as per the weightage given in CPWD guidelines. This need to be on Banker Letter head with Email id and Phone number of bank officer.
OR - Net worth Certificate as per the weightage given in CPWD guidelines. This need to be on CA Letter head with proper UDIN.
- GST Registration Certificate.
- Pancard Card of Company/Firm/Individual.
- Pancard of all Directors and Partners.
- Photograph of all Partners/Directors/Proprietor with white background and complete name as per the Pancard on the bottom of the Photo.
Electrical Contractor License

Electrical Contractor license is issued by State Government Department to carry our Electrical Works and Installation. This license permits Individuals/Firm/Company to obtain Electrical Works from Government Departments, PSUs, Private Companies etc. Nowadays Various Departments and Companies mandatorily requires Electrical Contractor license for execution of any Composite Work, Substation Work, Electrical work, Installation of Electrical items, LT Line, HT Line, Surveillances works contract, Electrical Maintenance, HVAC Work Contracts, DG Installation and Maintenance, Lift & Elevators Installation and Maintenance etc.In Various tenders and Enlistment Authorities asked for Valid State Electrical Contractor license to bid in tender or for Enlistment Purpose. In absence of Electrical Contractor license various contractors are unable to bid in tenders and makes huge losses by not Tendering in those tenders.
All States have given authority to various departments to issue Electrical Contractor License but signing authority on Certificate would be Electrical Chief Inspector, or S.E Inspector, Electrical Inspector, Asst. Electrical Inspector.
Who is Eligible for Electrical Contractor License …???
Any Individual/Firm/Company who deals in Work Contract of composite work where Electrical Installation is part of Projects, Contractors deals in Electrical Works, Installation, Maintenance, Lift installation & Maintenance DG Installation and Maintenance etc. are eligible to get Electrical Contractor license.
For Delhi Electrical Contractor license, the Proprietor/Partner/Director have to be a resident of Delhi.
Electrical Contractor license From Delhi State/UT
Delhi Government has decided to give Electrical Contractor license for the period of 25 Years. If someone get this registration done, They don’t need to get the registration renewed before 25 years. Delhi is the only State who issues Electrical Contractor license for such a long validity.

Any Individual/Sole Prop/Firm or Company can get the Registration or License done by providing following documents.
- Form B (Application form)
- Aadhar Card of All Partners/Directors. (Any one partner or Director need to be of Delhi)
- Pan card of All Partners/Directors.
- If Prop/Partner/Directors is not a resident of Delhi. He or She need to authorize a person who is a resident of Delhi and have a valid Delhi Address Aadhar or Voter ID Card.
- Supervisor Undertaking.
- Authorization Undertaking.
- Photograph of Authorized Person/Director/Partner.
- Self-undertaking

MES Registration OR MES Enlistment

.The Military Engineer Services (MES) is the premier construction agency and one of the pillars of Corps of Engineers of the Indian Army which provides rear line engineering support to the Armed Forces. It is one of largest construction and maintenance agencies in India with a total annual budget to the tune of approx Rs 13000 crores. It is responsible for creating the strategic and the operational infrastructure other than major roads, as also the administrative habitat for all three Services and the associated organisations of the Ministry of Defence. It has Pan India footprint to provide engineering support to various formations of Army, Air Force, Navy and DRDO. For this, the MES has over six hundred stations spread across the main land and the island territories of India. MES is a military organisation but has both Army and Civilian component of officers and other subordinate staff.
The organization was created over 200 years ago to execute both civil and military infrastructure. In the 18th century, the construction organisation was a part of the Army as the Public Works Department (PWD) manned by the Indian Corps of Engineers was created under the control of a Military Board. By 1851, the PWD came under the civil control but was responsible for both civil and military works. In 1881, The Military Works branch of PWD was segregated and transferred to the Military Department. The Military Works Services headed by a Director General came into being in 1889.
MES is the only construction agency in the country which carries out all construction related tasks like construction of residential and office buildings, hospitals, roads and runways, marine structure like docks and harbours across the country including border areas. Besides conventional buildings, MES is largely involved in the construction of sophisticated and complex laboratories, factories and workshops, hospitals, airfields, runways and hangars, dockyards, wharves and other marine structures. It also deals with all the multifarious associated requirements such as air-conditioning, cold storage, electric and water supply, sewage treatment and so on. Most important of all, the facilities, assets and infrastructure created are maintained in a serviceable state and, in some cases, operated too, by the MES.

Note : Contractors of class A’ and above only shall be eligible for enlistment in categories (a)(iii) Runways and Pavements and (a) (iv) Marine and Harbour Works, subject to prior approval of E-in-C.
